Story
My name is Bella and I am as sweet and loving as can be! I moved here from Colorado and I am looking for my forever home. I love kids and other furry friends. My only downfall is I have been urinating in my owners new home out of nowhere and there are children in the home. I deserve another chance and to be in a home with a yard to go outside when I need. I would also enjoy someone who can spend more time with me as well.

**Don't pass me by! My adoption fee has sponsored completely! Meet Rhy! Rhy is short for Rhyot. Sweet Rhy has not always had the easiest life. Most recently she was abandoned with some kind people. The situation has changed and she is looking for a new home. Although she can coexist with some some dogs, she'd really be happiest as an only dog. She is house trained and knows how to use a doggy door. She is also kennel trained. She loves playing with her adult humans. A good game of chase is one of her favorite things. She wiggles from head to toe. She also enjoys belly rubs and cuddling - ah the finer things in life. Rhy was not always treated the best by children, so she is not great with them. They scare her, and it'll be best she is not around them. A quiet environment will better suite her. A kitty-free environment will also be best for her. While she may have her quirks around dogs and other animals, she has so much love to give her adult human companions. Is your family looking for a working dog, one who will help to herd goats or the local scurry of squirrels that congregate in your yard? Rhy would be best suited for an active home, one that will keep her brain working. She is truly the best dog when she is felling fulfilled! Apply to meet your new best friend today.

Story
Meet Murphy (aka murph, moo, moomie, or moop) is a 1 y/o Australian Shepherd mix with an abundance of energy and love to give! Murphy came to All Aboard in May of 2023 and was adopted in June of 2023. He is now back with us in search of an active family that will give him the love and patience he needs in order to thrive! Murphy does fantastic with other dogs and would love a family with dogs who love to play as much as they love to snuggle. He has worked really hard on his leash manners and needs someone who will continue to work with him! While moo loves other dogs, sometimes on walks he gets so excited seeing them that he will sometimes lunge or bark so he will love a family that understands this and can help him to work through it. He is incredibly smart and loves to work on his training and loves to please his people. He knows how to sit, lay down and shake. Murph is as loyal as they come and will bring so much joy and laughter to his forever family! If they ever introduce fetch in the doggy Olympics, Moo is a SHOO IN for the gold medal! Murph also loves to play tug o war or spend time chewing on a bone! Murph has only been around kids a few times and is very alarmed by them as he has never seen such smol alien humans and so he would do best in a home without young children. He has been working through separation anxiety and he does best crated while his people are out and about. If left to free roam, he gets anxious and forgets what is his vs what isn't! Murphy is truly a wonderful boy and we adore him here at All Aboard. He needs someone who will continue to work through his separation anxiety and take the time to make him feel comfortable and safe as he deserves the best that life has to offer! ADOPTION FEE: $425 We are a foster-based rescue and generally do not have pups available to meet at our office except during adoption events on Saturdays. Not every dog attends every adoption event. Interested in this pup? The first step is to complete our online application by clicking the "Apply for Adoption" button. Please note that we are only able to finalize adoptions at events for approved adopters. The earlier you apply, the better as it takes time to review and approve applications. We host adoption events almost every Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm at our rescue office (1721 W Harmony, unit 102, Fort Collins, Co 80526)! Check our Instagram and/or Facebook page for info on where we will be hosting adoptions this weekend! All Aboard Animal Rescue saves dogs and puppies from high-kill shelters in other states. These pups are brought to Colorado, where they are required to be spayed or neutered - breaking the cycle of unwanted litters of puppies who end up as strays! Please consider supporting us in this mission by adopting, fostering, volunteering, or donating.

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Looking for a furry companion who's both cuddly and active? Meet Fletcher! This fit, athletic boy would love nothing more than to head out on hikes or runs with his person and then to cuddle up on the couch. Fletcher is a very sweet boy who's been waiting patiently for his forever home for a long time. Unfortunately, he and his littermates were orphans who came into rescue with Parvo, which meant they missed out on some critical weeks of puppy socialization with lots of people. As a result, Fletchie's naturally timid and shy around new folks, but he definitely warms up given a little time. He's made great strides with this and has learned to associate guests with goodies. Fletcher loves his doggie companion, but he would probably adjust well to being an only dog; he'd love having all the attention! Careful introductions are recommended when introducing him to new dogs, as he can be a bit defensive and intimidated. He was raised in a household with cats and, although he's not living with one right now, he'd likely accept feline companions again very quickly. Fletcher has attended two training classes in basic obedience and really enjoys doing short training sessions each evening at home with lots of treats. He does these practices with his housemate and he knows how to work in a team (doing a down stay while his friend comes, etc.) He's very eager to please his person. Fletcher isn't a big chewer, doesn't shed much, and is happy spending time in his crate with his toys when necessary. He'll even bring some of his toys back inside, so you don't have to go out and collect them all. And once he bonds with his caregiver, he is the sweetest, warmest guy in the world. He loves to sit on laps, give kisses, and cuddle forever. Just keep in mind that Fletcher requires a fenced yard. Don't miss out on the opportunity to welcome this amazing furry friend into your home! Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.  At Laramie Animal Welfare Society, the first step to adoption is completing an adoption application on our website www.laramieanimals.org. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed by our adoption team which typically takes 7+ days.  Keep in mind, the animal you’re interested in when applying may be adopted and no longer available by the time your application is approved. We do not place animals on hold.   Pending approval, your application is valid for 6 months. Also pending approval, you will receive contact information, so that you may inquire about the personalities of specific animals. Adoptions for individual animals will occur by private adoption appointment. Because we are 100% foster-based, appointments are scheduled pending staff, foster home, and vetting schedules.  Should you want to proceed with the adoption, a brief appointment will occur at our adoption center to sign adoption paperwork, receive medical records, and pay the adoption fee.    **Dog/Puppy applications -  Because of the large volume of dog/puppy applications we are receiving these applications may take longer to process, please be patient. We do not do first come first serve but we place the dog/puppy in the best suited home. If you have questions about the Dog/Puppy process please email lawsdogprogram@gmail.com** May 24, 2024, 3:19 pm

Story
Junie, Australian Shepherd/Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Junie is a very loving and loyal dog. She is the boss and loves keeping Cooper in line. She likes to go on walks and explore with him. She gets along with other dogs great, but she will growl when she has had her fill. She will not nip or bite. She is a bit more relaxed and laid back than Cooper, but still loves to play around with him. She also is a bit of an attention hog. She will stare through your soul until you acknowledge her. She is very in tune with human emotion and will snuggle with you when you are sad. She’s a very sweet soul. She also may be more human than dog. Cooper, Blue Heeler, 4.5 yrs., 40-45 lbs. Cooper tends to be shy at first but warms up pretty quick. He has a lot of energy and loves playing with Junie going on walks and exploring with her. He LOVES attention. He is a very loving and loyal dog with the silliest personality. I think he may be more human than dog. He gets along with other dogs but does take a minute to acclimate to them. He loves to give kisses (I think he was a lizard in his past life…hahaha). They are a bonded pair. They have grown up together and I would hate to separate them. They are soulmates and I would love for them to stay together. I understand that this is a lot to ask, but they are so worth it! We are having to re-home them due to a move across the country. This means we will be living out of a small camper and traveling all over the southeast. I don’t feel that this is a fair life for my pups to live. They love to run and play and wouldn't get this freedom if they come with us.

These pups are in Cheyenne, Wyoming too!

Story
Trax is 4 years old and we rescued from a shelter at 8 weeks old. He loves kids and other dogs and gets along with our cat. We want to rehome him to a family that lives in the country. We lived on acreage where he loved to run and play with the kids. The kids moved on and we moved into town. He misses the country life and the kids and is sad and depressed. He also developed some kind of allergy since we moved. Per our vet’s instructions, we changed his food and have been giving him allergy medicine.
