Tammy is shy with new people and needs time to warm up, but once she does, her silly side shines through in short bursts of zoomies and funny little hops. She loves to burrow into her blankets or snuggle up close once she trusts you. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys following their lead. A calm, patient home with a confident canine companion would be ideal for her. She’s also been great with cats. As in, your shin, your leg, whatever part of you is closest to me—I’m in! I will stay right beside you, leaning, touching, being a short, squatty shadow. Treats, toys, everything about you: I’m as loyal as they come! I’ll sleep in my crate, as long as I can see you. Invitation to bed? RSVP says YES. I resonate with older kids, and small pets are too much competition (short pup, tall personality).
