She came to rescue under heartbreaking circumstances—emaciated and exhausted, yet still devotedly caring for her five tiny puppies in the shelter. Thanks to incredible veterinary care and her own quiet strength, Shauna has made a full recovery and is now healthy, happy, and ready for the next chapter of her life.Throughout it all, Shauna has been the very definition of a good mom: sweet, patient, and endlessly loving. Her puppies have been adopted, and it’s Shauna’s turn to be someone’s cherished companion.At about 45 pounds, she’s the perfect medium size—easy to live with and a joy to be around. Shauna is house trained, fully vet checked, current on vaccines, licensed, and microchipped. She warms up quickly, bonds deeply, and has a calm, affectionate presence that makes everyone around her feel at ease.Shauna doesn’t ask for much—just a safe home, a soft place to rest, and people to love.
