Story
I’m a sweet, affectionate girl who loves attention and being close to my people. I’ve been with my family since I was a puppy and bond deeply with humans. I enjoy daily walks and hiking, and I’m smart, eager to please, and making great progress with consistent training. I have separation anxiety and need a home where someone is usually around or daycare is part of the routine. With behaviorist support, structure, and medication, I continue to improve and feel more secure. After being attacked by another dog, I can be leash reactive. I’ve attended several daycares successfully, with one recent incident where I may have been nipped and reacted. I have never bitten anyone, but because I can become overwhelmed, I would do best in a home without young children. With a new baby and an out-of-state move, my family is making this decision out of love so I can have the support I need to thrive.
