He is good with a female dog who is his pal. He was given up due to his owner moving. He will be on a diet and getting some easy exercise at the rescue. Archie is longing for a home.

She craves a lot of attention and loves playing with her brother. Harvey is more timid and very good with other dogs. He likes to crawl up in your lap. Unfortunately, we have had some life circumstances and are unable to provide them the time and attention they deserve. They are spayed and neutered and are used to being around children. My world is full of wonder and curiosity. I love exploring new things and I'm a playful pup always ready for a game of fetch or a fun romp in the yard. I'm very affectionate and love to cuddle and snuggle up for a good nap or for a pet on my soft fur. My gentle nature and friendly spirit make me a great companion and I am just the right size to care for (appox 30 lbs). I've got energy to spare and a tail that won't stop wagging. Hey y'all, meet Cowboy! Cowboy is a one year old, neutered, male Australian Shepherd mix. He is up to date on vaccinations and is microchipped. Cowboy is sensitive, introverted, and naturally calm. But that doesn't mean he doesn't enjoy meeting new people and pups; he just might need a minute or two to warm up. He is a very gentle and thoughtful dog. Once Cowboy connects with his people, he lights up completely with full-body wiggles! Quite a sight to see! He is eager to please and deeply responsive to guidance. In his short life, Cowboy hasn't had a family to call his own. He has visited multiple foster homes and done very well in each. Although he's been through a lot and is still searching for his forever home, none of that has ever gotten him down. He is the sweetest, smartest, and most loving boy.
