With his happy energy and eager spirit, S'mores is the kind of dog who makes every day a little brighter. As a working-breed type, S'mores is definitely not a couch potato. He's looking for a home that enjoys long walks, hikes, outdoor adventures, and quality hang-out time together. S'mores is still learning and will benefit from continued training, structure, and mental enrichment to help him thrive and channel his energy in positive ways. He's at his best when he has a job to do-whether that's learning new skills, exploring new trails, or being your adventure buddy. It is important to note that S'mores has an unsteady and wobbly gait. The cause of this is currently uncertain, and we recommend following up with your veterinarian if you notice any worsening or have further concerns. Hello! Our Aussie is named Ares. 3 year old purebred Australian Shepherd. His birthday is April 4, 2023. Purchased from a breeder in Temecula, CA. We recently moved to Temecula but with our long commute and out-of-country work trips, he is very much in need of a home with a family that is home more than us. Very active and sweet pup! Has been around other dogs at the groomers. He is excellent with cats and also small reptiles (very curious, loves watching geckos, snakes, etc.). Loves playing tug of war or fetch. Sometimes he will even play with his rope and ball simultaneously. Does amazing in car rides and loves Starbucks runs. Has never been around toddlers/babies so I cannot speak to that but he is great with my boys, family, visitors, pool guy, etc. He has a loud bark when he hears strangers at the door but greets them with tail wags and loves belly rubs. Shots up to date, in tact male. Currently on Purina lamb hard food.
