Meet Shylo, named for being both shy and low-key, but underneath that timid exterior is a sweet natured, enthusiastuic puppy with a huge heart. He’s shy at first, but affectionate once he feels safe. With his cute ear tufts, fluffy tail, and long legs, he loves to run and go on short jogs. Shylo came from a rough start and is still learning that people and new places are safe. His foster has helped him gain confidence through gentle training, and he’s come a long way. He’s calm when carried and enjoys quiet walks in low-traffic areas. He’s food-motivated and should be fed slowly, as he tends to eat too fast. Shylo is potty trained, but needs easy yard access since he’s too shy to signal when he needs to go. After meals, he’s full of zoomies and loves to play chase or chew on toys. He’d do best in a calm home with older kids or adults, a secure yard, and access to quiet walking spots or a dog beach once he’s ready. This is Winston Churchill, a magnificent and large Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix who is three years old. He is a playful boy and very loving. House-trained, vaccinated, and loves to play in the yard. He has never chewed on anything and is a very good boy. Because of his size, adopters should not have kids under 16 years old. A house with a fenced-in yard is a must, and someone either retired or working from home needs to be Winston's adopter. Winston says, "I am a fluffy ball of love and I have an easy demeanor." Duke is a handsome purebred Golden Retriever who is one year old. He is a bit shy at first, but he is a real lover. Calm and easy-going, crate-trained, and good on a leash, he would be a wonderful companion. NO CATS, he never lived with kids so its a no kids under 16 years old. Duke is up to date on vaccinations and is neutered. He loves people and dogs His only issue is shyness at first meeting, but when he warms up, he loves to play and be chased around the yard.
