He spends most of his day napping but is no stranger to play. He knows to lay on his back with his feet up and wait for his belly to be rubbed like a true spoiled pup! HOMEOWNERSHIP REQUIRED!!!  Classic, sophisticated, and years of experience being a good girl, I'm Miracle! As a mature 10-year-old boxer/lab mix, I have many wonderful gifts for my new family. I hope you will read about me and give me the opportunity to meet you and show you how special I am. I am a graduate of a wonderful and comprehensive dog training program, where I learned all of my basic commands (and a few fancy ones, too) so I could be fully prepared to be the best girl I can be for my new home! I walk amazingly well on a leash, and I love checking out the neighborhood of my foster home with my foster sister, but I can also be 100% couch potato. I am fully crate trained and can sleep all night in my crate (full disclosure: my favorite spot is to sleep snuggled up to my 13-year-old human foster sister). My ideal home would be one with lots of love. I love attention, pets, snuggles. Keeping up with my amazing training skills is easy as I am very food motivated! I am currently fostered in a home with one other dog, and I have become BFF's with her. Through proper introductions, I get along well with other dogs. I love my foster sibling and would do well with another dog similar in size to me who also likes to wrestle and play (please check out my videos). I am a lover, not a barker, with such a sweet disposition that everyone loves. My ideal home can absolutely include older children, as I do love kids! Due to my lack of awareness of size, I could unintentionally knock over little ones. My foster home has a 13-year-old girl who lets me sleep on her bed, and I happily greet all her friends who come to visit! All her friends say I’m their favorite! Seriously, we sometimes wonder if the amount of love he has is bigger than his body can hold! Dude is all about people - he loves them in every shape, size, and age. However, because he's a bit of a potato (in the best way), we recommend a home without small children, as he might accidentally knock them over. Dude is a training graduate, and boy, does he have some impressive skills! He's mastered commands like sit, and he's learned to sit at doorways, when greeting people, and even on walks when stopped, all through hand signals. This smart pup also knows down, stay, heel, come, and release, making him quite the obedient companion.  To keep this big-hearted boy happy and thriving, he'll do best in an active home with people who can exercise him daily, both physically and mentally. He absolutely adores going on walks and does great on a leash, especially when his leader helps him stay true to his training. With proper stimulation, exercise, and a whole lot of love, Dude will shower you with more love, wiggles, and joy than you can imagine!
