Story
THIS ADOPTION COMES WITH A $1000 STIPEND. Snuggler alert! Solo is a sweet 3-year-old pit bull mix looking for an experienced, adult-only home. He is affectionate, loyal, intelligent, and forms strong bonds with his people. He loves walks, toys, treats, and spending time with his favorite human :)Solo needs to be the only pet and is not a candidate for dog parks or a busy social lifestyle. He has a small history of behavioral incidents and requires management. Because of this, he is only being considered for experienced adopters who are realistic about the responsibilities involved with pitties. I am committed to finding the right home, not the fastest one. Financial transition support and supplies will be available for the ideal adopter. If you're looking for a loyal buddy, this is your guy. I saved him from euthanasia back in March and am now trying to find his furever home since mine is not the best for him. It's impossible not to love him. Please reach out if interested.

Story
Would you love a companion when you’re gardening or spending time outdoors? Meet Roxy! She’s attentive, people-focused, and always happy to be by your side—whether she’s “helping” in the garden with her foster family or sneaking a taste of fresh-picked snacks. Roxy is a beautiful, medium-sized girl with a striking white coat, a charming black eye patch, and enough sweetness to cause cavities. She’s about 2 years old, 50 pounds, and the best blend of playful and polite. What Roxy loves and does best: Dogs: Fabulous with male and female dogs alike. She’s lives harmoniously with a middle-aged male Lab and even four rambunctious puppies who bounced on her like a jungle gym—she took it all in stride and loved them anyway. She’d thrive with a canine sibling or regular doggy playdates. Cats: She’s met cats and liked them! While she doesn’t currently live with one, her meet-and-greets have gone well. Kids and cuddles: She adores children, belly rubs, couch time, and being close to her people. Snuggles? She’s a pro. House manners: Fully house trained and leash trained—ready to move right in and be the goodest girl. Personality in a nutshell: Attentive, affectionate, and easygoing Playful spirit with excellent dog social skills Gentle, patient, and loyal—she’ll make every day brighter and every house feel more like home Ready to make Roxy part of your family? Apply to adopt at: https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ Adoption fee: $250, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, and a microchip.  ##2739513##

Story
Adoption Fee: $475 When available, all animals are fixed in accordance with Colorado law, up to date on vaccines (may need boosters), and microchipped! What we know: Two pups, Piper and Marley, 10 months old, found as strays in Las Vegas, NV in March of 2026. They searched for their owners for months without any luck finding them. Eventually they reached out to see if CPR could take them, vetted them, brought them in. From the foster: Fresh off her Residency in fabulous Las Vegas, Piper has come to Colorado looking to expand her fan club across state lines. Piper’s celebrity status can been seen in her EPIC Smoosh, the entire constellations of stars scattered across her fuzzy belly and chest, (and ears and feet) her determination, (don’t ANYBODY suggest that she might be too large to be a lap dog) and her fabulously photogenic face. Piper sits on command, takes treats very politely, and loves being with and cuddling her people. She’s also great with foster sister Delilah with whom she runs and wrestles, and is working on things like sharing of toys and treats. Piper’s “Green Room” prior to performance should definitely have snacks and lots of heavy duty chew toys, but stuffies are probably best left for other star pups with less shredding expertise. Piper is hoping to book her final Residency here in the Denver area - if you are looking for a beautiful, talented, athletic, super cuddly dynamo with star power for days, come meet Piper! UPDATE 6/28: Having gotten to spend the last couple of days fan-girling over Madam Piper, I have a couple things to add to her original bio! Madam LOVES her toys! She’s a serious chewer and very happy to chew appropriately. She’d like to have a big selection of heavy duty toys to choose from. She loves to play with stuffed toys by tearing them into lots and lots and LOTS of tiny pieces. She’s also assumes that ALL stuffies (dog toy or otherwise)are HERS. Rope toys are a fave and Piper is a BEAST with tugging! Cats are very interesting and she’s had a couple encounters with kitty Salem here and behaved politely. I definitely think she could have a cat sibling with supervised introductions and a mellow cat. Piper is VERY interested in everything up on countertops and she’s tall enough to reach more than you’d expect. She will need some help learning to keep her nose (and toes) to herself. If you hear a weird noise like a person with with laryngitis trying to force a wheeze out, that’s Piper and she wants something - her bark is pretty average but her version of whining is… unique… Finally, Piper can open sliding doors! If the door isn’t closed completely and the gap is big enough for her nose to fit she will squeeze it in, toss her head sideways, and shove the door open. True talent! She seems to employ it most when she’s outside and I’m inside and she does NOT think that is ok. She needs to be where the people are!! www.coloradopuppy.org/how-to-adopt

Story
Emma has spent over four years, most of her life, in the shelter and foster homes. She deserves to have a person, or people, to see what we see in her and give her what she has always deserved... a furever home. Emma loves water! She would be the best adventure buddy!6 years old 70 poundsWould benefit from an active lifestyle Great with people Emma spent 627 days in a rural shelter in Texas where there aren't many adoptions. Every time they had to make space in the shelter, the shelter staff saved Emma because they loved her so much. Unfortunately Texas is overwhelmed with stray animals so eventually she was listed for euthanasia when she hadn't been adopted. That's when we were asked to help Emma. Emma came to Colorado in June 2023 and has been in a foster home with a trainer ever since. We are truly baffled that she hasn't been adopted yet. This means there is a special person out there meant for this special dog and we can't wait for you to find her! When you meet Emma, she is happy to meet you, cute, affectionate, loving and an all around happy go lucky girl. Emma deserves to know what love is, she needs a home with no other pets and no young children- she is dog selective and just a little too big and bouncy for small kids. We saved Emma becuase she adores people and she has a will to live. We knew finding her a home would take longer but spending her entire life in foster is not what we want for Emma. Emma made the journey up from Texas in June 2023 and is being fostered in Denver, available to meet! Story
Meet Elijah, a nine-year-old, neutered Staffordshire Terrier whose human is currently in hospice care and could no longer care for him. Elijah is understandably confused and needing stability at this time. He is sweet-natured with humans but also has a goofy/silly side. He enjoys the sun, his toys, and belly rubs. Elijah walks well on a leash and is housebroken. He does not need to be crated as he will just lounge around the house until his humans come home.Could you be the one to give him a loving retirement home? Story
Tammy is a two-year-old Bulldog/Dachshund mix with a gentle heart and a cautious spirit. She’s one of those dogs who notices everything, quiet and observant, and happiest when she feels safe and understood. Tammy is shy with new people and needs time to warm up, but once she does, her silly side shines through in short bursts of zoomies and funny little hops. She loves to burrow into her blankets or snuggle up close once she trusts you. She gets along beautifully with other dogs and enjoys following their lead. A calm, patient home with a confident canine companion would be ideal for her. She’s also been great with cats. Tammy is house and crate trained, uses the doggie door, and is working on building confidence during walks. She’s spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and heartworm negative. Tammy isn’t the kind of dog who rushes into new things, but for the person who moves at her pace, she’s a quiet and steady source of love. Adoption fee includes the following: Spay/Neuter Rabies Vaccination Distemper / Parvo Vaccines (includes series of 3 for puppies) Bordetella Microchip with prepaid lifetime registration Deworming ##1695008##

Story
0321093 - Hi!  This sweet girl is Zoey (or "Zo Zo" as we call her in her foster home).  Zoey came to Colorado from New Mexico and is ready to find her forever home.  Zoey is a 4-5 year old boxer mix and weighs roughly 50lbs.  She is a very precious and sweet girl who loves affection, loves to give kisses and loves to get belly rubs.  She will follow you around the house to see what you are up to (and to be by your side).  She will also cuddle up next to you and let you love on her all day long!   Zoey is crate trained, potty trained, sleeps all night and likes to go on short leashed walks to take in the new sights and scents of Colorado.  She is also spayed and UTD on her vaccines.   Zoey has two foster doggy siblings.  Although they are all working on getting along, she is still a bit testy with them.  She may be happiest as an only dog, but if you have a mellow dog she may also do fine with a proper introduction to make sure that everyone gets along.  She has been introduced to her two kitty foster siblings, and doesn't show much interest so a home with cats would be fine.   Zoey would do best in calm environment where someone is home most of the day.  Zoey needs to be given the love and affection that she deserves and she promises to love and be grateful to you in return.   If you have the perfect home for this precious sweet pea, please fill out an adoption application at www.sloppykisses.org/adoptions! ##2083574##
