Once you submit an application, a staff member will contact you with next steps for a meet and greet***This mid-sized beauty is Mercedes! She was found out on her own in Rochester and was safely brought to Animal Control. Unfortunately, no one came forward to claim her so now she is looking for a real forever family! Mercedes is about 55 pounds and a mid aged girl, estimated to be around 5 years old. She is past the puppy years but still enjoys going for walks.Mercedes would love a stable home environment where she can enjoy quality time with her people and get some much needed attention! Meet this fast little guy!This is Speedy! His name sure fits him as he enjoys frolicking though the yards at top speed. Someone might need to tell him that he is in fact not a race car.Speedy is a young, terrier type mix dog and is on the medium side. He is under 50 pounds and is estimated to be between 1 to 2 years old. This sweet boy has a love for life and everyone in it. Speedy has never met a stranger, he enjoys getting attention and going for walks. Speedy came to us from an impound when he was found as a stray and never claimed. That didn`t seem to affect him though, he settled in here very quickly and is starting to learn his new routine. Speedy would benefit from an owner that is patient and can help curb his enthusiasm in constructive an positive ways. These two sweeties are ready to put their breeding days behind them and find their own forever home.Merlin is a merle male who is 8 years old. Moving into shelter life definetly stressed him out a bit, but he is quickly learning that the staff and volunteers are nice people who offer tasty treats and some much needed attention! Merlin is a stout boy weighing at about 23 pounds. He has lived with other dogs his whole life and would likely do well with a canine companion in his new forever home.He would benefit from a home that is familiar with the French Bulldog breed or similar breed experience. French Bulldogs can be prone to certain health conditions such as allergies, dry eye, and dental disease.
