Meet Ritter! Ritter is a good-looking American Bulldog mix. Estimated to have been born in the end of 2015, Ritter is well set into his adult years. While he definitely has his mellow moments, but he is still full of youth, life, and love. Ritter came to us as a stray and was sadly never claimed, but that never seemed to bother him any. He was quick to make friends with us here and gain our love. Ritter is incredibly social and loves making all kinds of friends. He loves to get loved on by his friends but is also very independent and content to just relax in the same room as his pals, not needing constant contact or snuggles. He is a smart boy, already learning basic commands, and is learning to walk calmly on a leash too. Our favorite thing about Ritter is his goofy underbite and crooked front teeth.  Ritter is fully vetted, microchipped, and neutered.  He weighs around 50lbs.  Interested? Meet Leonidas!  What this handsome boy lacks in height he makes up for in personality. Leonidas is a sweet little guy, he's the most loveable bulldog mix. He came to us as a stray in mid August, but he has been friendly and loving from the start. He has the biggest personality, he loves to run around and play the day away. If he were a person, he would be an athlete for sure. Energetics aside, he is a total ham! Mr. Leo is one of the biggest lovers on the planet, he loves nothing more than getting good scratches all around his cheeks and under his chin. Belly rubs are his favorite past-time, and he would make a killer movie-night partner. Leo has gone through lots of training here with us too, he knows the 'sit' command like the back of his paw, and will also walk well on a leash for a confident handler. Unfortunately, on 08/30/2021, Leo was diagnosed with heartworms.This poor guy went through almost a year of treatments, but we are happy to announce that he is now heartworm negative and ready to find his forever home! Leonidas is also required to be the only other animal in the home since he does not get along with other animals, however he loves children! Leo is fully vetted, neutered, and microchipped. Meet Mushi! Hey everybody, my name is Mushi! I'm so excited to meet you! Well, I'm excited to meet everybody. I'm an American Bulldog mix, and I was born right about 03/01/2022. My friends here at the shelter like to call me all kinds of goofy nicknames, like Mushy, Mushster, Mushmallow, and Mushiboy. I don't mind any of them, because that means I'm getting attention! Attention is one of my favorite things, after all. I do have lots of favorite things, though. Treats are my favorite, people are my favorite, toys are my favorite, running is my favorite, playing is my favorite... I could go on and on! I'm told my squishy cheeks and happy smile are irresistable, so only come meet me if you're prepared to fall in love! I really like other dogs, too, but I definitely have fun being the dog in charge. If you already have any other dogs, make sure you bring them to meet me so I can decide if they can hang with me. I think kids are great, but I really don't like being hugged or held, so only kids that understand my boundaries, please.  Mushi is fully vetted, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is $175.
