Rescue FAQs

P.E.A.R. works to reduce pet overpopulation, keep animals out of shelters, and improve quality of life for pets and pet owners in need in the Carolina's. Our primary goal is to offer many assistance programs for vet care, pet assistance and training to help pets stay in their homes. Our programs are designed to help low income homes, disabled, elderly and the homeless. In addition, as we grow we do provide animal rescue on a limited basis. As our foster base grows so will our ability to be able to save more animals.

Our goal is to re-home pets to a forever home and we will work with you to find the pet that fits your lifestyle and home best.
