My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We discovered this lovely lass in a play yard at the SLA shelter.

She was goofing off and having fun with an Australian Shepherd mix and just seemed to be easy going.

We decided to test her with a small dog and brought in our little guy Turing for a visit. They hit it off immediately and we knew Sonia was golden!

She is great with dogs of all shapes and sizes, goofy but not obnoxious and has a bright disposition. AND SHE IGNORES CATS.

Sonia does need some leash work but she is quick to learn and very responsive to her handler.

Sonia will do well as an only dog if she has the chance to keep up her social skills or would do well with another playful dog in the family.

Sonia was a true find....we love her!
