My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hadlee was at the N Central shelter and was in the medical unit with a broken leg when we were alerted to her situation.

The medical staff had put a cast on her leg but did not set it properly.

Good thing we got her when we did!

Hadlee required surgery to rebreak and reset her leg and to take care of all the sores from the improperly sized cast.

She remained in great spirits throughout her ordeal and is now in a foster home with 4 other dogs and is having a blast.

She's good with all other dogs, warms up nicely to people and we are pretty sure that once that cast comes off, she's going to be ready for a really good run!

This is a great little dog....perfect size for an apartment!
