Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cornelius was discovered by a dumpster in the back parking lot of a store, sick and half starved.
Customers found him, carried him to their car, took him in, nursed him back to health and before long became his permanent/long-term foster family.
While he can be happily excited upon first meeting people, he quickly calms, listens, and knows basic commands. He is patient when waiting for a cookie and gentle when accepting the treat.
This four year old, 85-pound hunka hunka burnin love has successfully lived with mellow large and small breeds alike, as well as children aged 12+. He has not lived with cats.
Potential adopters should also know that Cornelius has no clue how big. We are pretty confident this big ole’ dude thinks he is a lap dog (probably because he currently lives with two of them).
Cornelius will require regular exercise, and would do best with an owner committed to reinforcing his current training and continue to nurture his intelligent nature.
