Timmy's Story...
Hi there! My name is Timmy and I am the cutest of NINE puppies that were rescued by The Paw’d Squad. We were given up by a backyard breeder who decided that giving away puppies to just anyone was NOT a good idea. He contacted the Squad for help and they just couldn’t resist our adorable faces! (But I’m the cutest!) My parents were really nice dogs and very even tempered so that means when I grow up, I AM NOT ONLY GOING TO BE CUTE…I AM GOING TO BE THE BEST DOG EVER TO WALK THE PLANET! I love other dogs and people but I’ve never really met a cat. I’m sure I could learn to like cats. There is just one tiny thing you should know about me….I have a shortened lower jaw so I have an overbite and it kinda makes me look a little different than my other brothers and sisters. It makes me look CUTER! Yea…that’s it. So come and meet me and see just how cute I really am. My birthday is 9/23/06.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Timmy, a West Los Angeles American Staffordshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Staffordshire Terrier for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a American Staffordshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Staffordshire Terrier breeders who help with American Staffordshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
