Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noelle is a sweet little dog who will just be happy sitting on your lap, next to you or at your feet.

She wants nothing more than to be with someone who will be her best friend.

Noelle gets along with dogs her size (her best friend is a Papillon named Timmy) and is fine with cats.

Noelle doesn't need much...just a small bed, two square meals a day, and lots of snuggling!
