My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bobby had been at the shelter for 5 months.

The volunteers were getting a bit desperate....big black dogs are often overlooked...we have NO idea why because we LOVE big black dogs!

(They are hard to photograph though...sigh)

Bobby is in a foster home with puppies and other adult dogs and he is great with them all. This dog has the most loving disposition and asks for very little - a comfy bed, a couple of walks a day - and he's happy.

Due to his size, we would prefer not to place Bobby in a home with small children.

This is a great dog who surprised everyone today by giving our Founder a huge slurp. He was probably thanking her for getting him out of the shelter.

Oh yes...he also likes his rear scratched!
