My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Howdy! My name is Tundra and I'm a down to earth, mellow kind of guy. I came from a large puppy mill seizure in MT and boy am I glad to get out of there and finally stretch my legs and play! As you can see, I'm a very playful boy and I really love attention and affection of any kind. My foster dad says I've got the Mal lean down, whatever that means. I am doing very well in my foster home. I like my foster sister and my foster parents say I'm catching on quickly to all the things I need to know to be a nice house dog. I have a sweet disposition and really like all the dogs I've met so far. I'm not possessive about toys and play nice inside. I'm learning basic commands like "sit", "down", "stay" and "come". Since I'm very treat motivated, it's easy to learn all this stuff! I do get very excited when meal time comes around and will go right into my crate and wait to be fed. I even will eat a few veges, although I prefer meat. My foster dad says I'm pretty smart, since I've tried to open doors and like to test the limits. I walk nice on leash with a no-pull harness, but put a pull harness on me and I'm ready to go full steam ahead! I would probably be a great ski-joring partner for you with a little practice. I'm certainly not a couch potato boy - I need an active family to have some fun with! Check back soon for more updates - I'm sure there will be a lot more new experiences ahead for me!
