Margo was brought in as a stray to Moreno Valley Animal Services and not claimed. We exited her when her time at the shelter expired and made her a Frosted Face on January 17th. She is 8 years old, weighs 45 lbs., and is very sweet and gentle.
Margo went on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we could learn what she is like in a home, while she enjoyed extra love and attention! Her Fling Mom shared this report:
"Margo is the sweetest, and during our two weeks together, she really blossomed into the best girl. She's an early bird, ready for a walk first thing in the morning and very comfortable with all the neighborhood dogs. After a walk, she's ready for a nap on a comfy pile of blankets. When a burst of energy strikes, she enjoys trotting around the yard in the sun and chasing a ball. Although she isn't super interested in our dog, she is totally nonplussed by his existence. She has also been very gentle with our two teens.
Margo is kind and gentle to be around, letting everyone give her pets on the head and the back. She does need some structural support now and then, to help her navigate stairs and she lets you hoist her right up and plop her down on solid ground.
Margo is a great eater, enjoying chicken in all of its many forms. She is a smart girl, using all the yoga mats on the ground to navigate our house that has hardwood floors. She would make a great addition to a home where the vibes are mellow and there are fluffy blanket beds all around."
Margo currently lives in a Foster home but is still on the lookout for a forever home. Might it be with you?
