My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sir Benny`s Compatibility:
Dogs - Yes, plays well with others!
Cats - Prefers a feline-free home
Kids - Yes, 6+

Sir Benny is a lovable goof with a royal name and a heart full of joy. He’s young, energetic, and ready to turn everyday moments into big adventures. Whether he’s zooming around the yard or climbing into your lap for belly rubs, this guy lives life with enthusiasm and heart.

He’s crate trained, social with new people, and always up for a car ride, especially if he can stick his head out the window. He’s a true snuggler at heart and would love nothing more than to make your couch his throne.

Sir Benny has been gentle and sweet with kids, especially enjoying the company of little ones who like to tell him what to do. Since he’s still working on his manners and has a playful streak, we think he’ll be happiest in a home with children over 6 who can help him stay calm and settled.

Come meet this sweet, bouncy boy and let him show you just how much love he has to give!

More about this shelter

With an open admission policy, a No-Kill philosophy, and more than 3,100 animals crossing our threshold each year, we have still maintained a 98% placement rate over the last 3 years.

This is an amazing feat for any organization…let alone one that takes in some of the most abused, injured and seriously ill animals imaginable.
