Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am available for foster to adopt only.
Meet Chandler! 🐾
Chandler is an 8-year-old Catahoula mix who qualifies for our Silver Paws VIP program. This very sweet boy has a gentle personality and so much love to give. He’s a loyal companion who just wants a cozy spot by your side and a family to call his own.
Chandler does need to shed some extra pounds, but with regular walks, playtime, and a little portion control, he’ll be feeling better and healthier in no time. He’s more than ready to start this new chapter with someone who will help him along the way.
If you’re looking for a calm, kind, and loving dog to share your life with, Chandler is waiting for you! 💕

More about this shelter
The Gulf Coast Humane Society is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) animal welfare organization dedicated to serving the animals and community of Southwest Florida. We receive no federal, state, or county funding, nor do we receive financial support from the Humane Society of the United States. Instead, our lifesaving work is made possible through the generosity of individual donations, grants, bequests, and community fundraising efforts.
As a no kill shelter, Gulf Coast Humane Society is committed to providing compassionate care for unwanted, neglected, and abandoned animals. We never euthanize due to space constraints or the length of time an animal has been in our care. Our mission is to give every animal the second chance they deserve in a safe and loving environment.
