My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Meet Frankie! 🐾

Frankie is a six-years-young, 33-pound bundle of love and charm! This adorable French Bulldog is pure joy — affectionate, gentle, and absolutely devoted to his people. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs, has zero prey drive, and just wants to be everyone’s best friend.

But here’s the best (and cutest) part… Frankie talks! 🗣️ That’s right — this sweet boy will happily “chat” with you in true Frenchie fashion. Whether you’re having a lazy morning or a long day, Frankie’s silly little conversations will make you smile every single time.

If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion with a big personality and even bigger heart, Frankie’s your guy. 💕

🐶 Adopt Frankie — the talking Frenchie who’s ready to fill your home with love and laughter!

More about this rescue

The mission of the Raise the Bar-N Foundation is to rescue, care for, and provide compassion to abused and neglected animals, educate the community about responsible pet ownership, and provide opportunities to children and adults with disabilities. We strive to give the voiceless a voice.

My husband and I have been rescuing for years. We also do a great deal with the autism/special needs community. We are hoping to save more animals and help build bonds between animals and children with disabilities. My husband is a firefighter and ex-professional hockey player. I am an expert working with children with disabilities, especially autism. I am passionate about giving the voiceless a "voice".
