Katherine Johnson - named after the pioneering NASA mathematician - came to the San Diego Humane Society as a very thin stray with a microchip. She spent a short time in a foster home, where her foster had nothing but wonderful things to say, describing her as sweet, gentle, and mellow.
We welcomed Katherine as a Frosted Face on December 22nd. She is estimated to be 9 years old and weighs just 5 pounds. This tiny lady is settling in, and we look forward to sharing more about her as we get to know her better.
Please check back soon for updates!
