Osa was surrendered to Chesterfield Square-South LA Shelter by her owner for unknown reasons. On January 2nd, we welcomed her as a Frosted Face. She is 10 years old and weighs 59 lbs.
On the day Osa became a Frosted Face, she was scooped up for a two-week Frosted Fling. This will help us learn more about her in a home setting while she receives lots of love and care.
Osa's foster dad shared this great first update:
"Osa had no problem with the 45 min car ride home, and she settled in quickly. Since then, I have found her to be a gentle dog and easy to get along. Osa is house-trained, sleeps through the night, likes her belly rubbed and head scratched. She is reasonably easy to walk, never pulls on the leash, and seems to like to sniff everything. Osa is a free feeder with the kibble, and is food motivated when treats are involved. I think I will have her knowing "sit" in a few more days!"
