Ken was lying down on top of the shelf with a neutral body and eyes upon approach. He sniffs treats offered and allows petting on the head. He slowly warms up, leans in for cheek rubs, and gently head bunts for petting. When stroking his back and reaching around his body, he lip licks and tenses up when being gently pulled to climb down from the shelf. During pick up, he stands his ground and turns around in an attempt to climb back on top of the shelf, so the assessor lifts him back up. After placing him back down, he continues to head bunts for petting and lean in for cheek rubs.
