My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Betty Boop is with our rescue partner in Louisiana and will be arriving in NJ on 2/7.

Betty Boop is a sweet, spunky little fluff ball looking for her forever family and she's cute enough to get away with just abut anything. Her breed is truly anyone's best guess-she's a "certified Mystery Mix," the kind of dog that makes people tilt their heard and start listing every breed they ever heard of. She's currently a petite pup, and the best guess is that she will land somewhere around 30-40 pounds- small enouogh for your lap, big enough to hog the bed.

She’s still a puppy, working on housebreaking and manners, and will thrive with a patient family ready to guide her as she grows.  Her one strong opinion? Baths are absolutely not her favorite, but she makes up for it with endless charm and adorable puppy antics.  If you’re ready for a lifetime of love with a small, fluffy best friend, Betty Boop is ready to steal your heart

Betty Boop is up to date on vaccines and is fixed. Her    adoption fee is $550.

Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.

More about this rescue

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
