My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*** Arthur is at The Cat Cafe in downtown San Diego. ***

Arthur #20052: white with gray, short hair, neutered male, born approx.

Cats: best solo, tolerates others
Dogs: unknown
Children: elementary+

BACKGROUND: Arthur was left at a park where there are many homeless cats being watched over by a group of people who feed them and work to get everyone spayed and neutered. A local rescuer took him in and once he was feeling safe again he absolutely flourished. Now he is looking for a home and a family that will love him for the rest of his life!

PERSONALITY: Arthur will follow you around and bumper-car bump and rub up against your legs in his bid for attention (or food -- there’s no question this boy loves his food and treats!). If you’re sitting and not focused on him, he’ll give you head-bumps, kisses, and even reach to pat your face. Arthur is very expressive with his paws! If you’re in another room and he can see you but not get to you (like with a glass door), he’ll stand on his back legs and move his front paws up and down in a rapid movement. This silly boy is an energetic contortionist who plays with his own tail and can be hyperactive and highly distractible, but he is frisky, spunky, and ever so much fun!

COMPATIBILITY: Arthur would be happiest as an only cat who can have ALL of your attention to himself! He can tolerate other cats, but he’d rather be solo. We don’t know his thoughts on dogs. Respectful children elementary-aged and up who let him adjust should be fine.

Will Arthur grab your attention with his beautiful bi-color eyes… and then capture your heart for a lifetime?
