My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Señorita, a sweet tabby with quiet, gentle charm and a name that already comes with a little sparkle. She is bilingual too, so she responds to both English and Spanish, because why choose just one language when you can be adorable in two?

En inglés: Señorita is a shy, lovely girl who prefers a calm hello and a little time to feel safe. Give her patience, soft voices, and a cozy routine, and she will start to show you the sweetness hiding behind those “let me observe you first” eyes.

En español: Señorita es una gatita tierna y tranquila, un poquito tímida al principio. Con una casa serena, palabras suaves, y tiempo para confiar, va a florecer y demostrar lo cariñosa que puede ser.

If you have room in your heart (and your home) for a bilingual best friend, come meet Señorita and say, “Hola, beautiful.”

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
