Based on his size, appearance, and behaviors, he’s likely a Maine Coon mix. Because of his extremely easy-going nature, Sebastian would be a great fit for a home with children. He’s social, curious, and affectionate without being overwhelming.

More about this rescue

Whiskered Away is a small, volunteer-run 501(c)(3) rescue based in Philadelphia. Founded in 2026 by longtime animal advocates, we focus on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR), care for community cats, ethical rescue, and education. We started because we saw gaps in support for both animals and the people caring for them. We are small but mighty, growing intentionally, and always in need of volunteers, fosters, and donations to keep this work going.
