Story
Known this cat for over 6 months, a stray that regular visits me for food or play with my cat through the window. Recently captured and taken to the vet, his shots or being up to date and flea medication provided for 6months that can be given to the adopter after. Fluffy tested negative for leukemia and positive for FIV. Despite that, he can still live an healthy life, so long as he remains indoors in a single-cat household. Otherwise, he is affectionate and always clings to my legs closely and prefers light pets, so will take time to have him warm up to you.

Meet Xena-Quiet Beauty Seeking a Patient Forever Home! The adoption application can be found here:https://new.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/ROSE/CatXena is currently in Houston, Texas but can be transported to the Northeast, the Pacific Northwest, Colorado, or locations along their route.Xena is a gorgeous Lynx Point Siamese with a gentle soul and a sweet personality, She can be a little timid when first meeting new people or adjusting to a new environment, but with a little patience and understanding, she blossoms into a loving companion. While Xena is okay with other cats, she prefers not to be in the middle of all the action and would be happiest in a home with few or no cats, where she can have her own space.Once she feels comfortable, her affectionate nature begins to shine, and she enjoys spending time with the people she trusts. Xena is looking for a calm, loving home where she can settle in at her own pace and build a strong bond with her new family. If you're searching for a sweet, gentle companion who will reward your patience with love and loyalty, Xena may be the perfect match.Xena is spayed, up to date on age-appropriate vaccines, microchipped, and in great health. She does a great job of keeping her litterbox tidy. All she needs now is his forever home!Priority will be given to applicants interested in adopting a pair of kittens, siblings, or who have patient, playful resident cats or dogs at home. Information on why adopting two kittens together is best for their short- and long-term health and behavior can be found here:http://www.kittenlady.org/twokittens---ABOUT OUR ADOPTION FEES:Our adoption fees include spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchipping, and transportation costs. Also, when you adopt from ROSES Rescues, you’re doing more than giving your new family member a home. Each adoption fee sponsors a cat on the streets of Houston to get fixed, helping end the cycle of overpopulation in a rough environment. We thank you so much for your contribution to our efforts! To learn more about our TNR (Trap / Neuter / Return) efforts, please follow us onInstagram @roses_rescues_htx

Story
Meet Angela! ❤️ A super sweet older kitten, I’m known for my cuddles and cute little Mohawk — yep, my hair often sticks straight up like I just rolled out of bed. My name means “messenger,” because one day I showed up at a Pack N Ship store with one important message for the postman: “FIND ME A HOME!” I love attention and cuddles way more than playtime. I’m always ready to explore a new lap, meet a new cuddle buddy, or chase a toy for a bit. Sit down next to me for two seconds and we’ll already be best friends. I’d do great with a furry friend and a warm lap to call my own. So send me a message. 💌 —Reach out today to meet me! —Or see me at PetSmart 2902 S Shepherd Dr Sat & Sun • 11:30am–4pm
