LOVES TO BE CRADLED IN ARMS  DOB 5/1/25 Hey there, everyone! I’m Sushi, a sweet, loving, and affectionate lynx-point Siamese/ Snowshoe mix fella with beautiful pastel-blue eyes. I was initially shy when I arrived at my foster home, but now that I’ve acclimated, I adore being cradled in Foster Meowmy’s arms. I also luxuriate when she brushes me as well as when she scratches my ears, cheeks, and chin.   My siblings, Porkchop and Little Turkey, and I were christened the #buffet-bunch because we followed our feral momma across the street to chow down at a community cat feeding station. We were about three months old when our foster meowmy scooped us up and brought us to the safe haven of our foster home so that we didn’t need to fend for ourselves any more. We love the cat trees, soft beds, wand toys, crinkle balls, catnip mice, and brimming food/ water bowls that go along with indoor life. These amenities make us feel like we’re living in a five-star hotel compared to the hardscrabble life of a stray. Our carefree life consists of tumbling and pouncing, climbing and wrestling with each other, and when we’re exhausted, we collapse in a kitten puddle. What a bright future we have ahead of us as pampered kittens in loving homes! Speaking of forever homes – now I’m ready to bring my stunning good looks, amusing Siamese antics, and deeply loyal devotion to my new family. Could that be your family? She is amazingly trusting and loving. Personality Swifty is so easy-going that she will just walk into your house and settle in instantly, as if she has always lived there. She is so cuddly and affectionate that you won’t lack for lots of kitty love. She lets any stranger pick her right up and hold her, and she doesn’t care about other cats at all. She will go right up and snuggle with your dog too. Swifty has FOMO, overflowing confidence, and isn’t afraid of anything, even feet stepping over her. She is the greeter and makes sure everyone knows she is there, and is always literally right in the middle of the action. Her whole litter is athletic and were nicknamed the ninjas because there was no containing them. None of them has ever met anyone who isn’t her friend. Swifty would be a great first pet, especially for people who love dogs, because her personality is more like a golden retriever than a typical cat! Background Swifty’s litter of 5 kittens and her momma Empanada (a Hemingway cat with extra toes!) were living outdoors in an apartment complex, being fed by residents before she was surrendered to a GNAR foster home. Empanada had been there for many months, long enough to have had more than 1 litter of kittens. Her litter of kittens almost all look just like her, except that they only have the normal number of toes. They all have the same outgoing and confident personality of their mother too. They look like they may be part Abyssinian with their distinctive tabby patterns and reddish brown coloring.
