Kintsugi gets his occasional zoomies and was quite playful with my female corgi but really prefers to spend most of his time in comfy spot to rest whether that be against a cool window where he can watch the squirrels in the trees or snuggled up on a plush dog bed. Once he trusts you he likes to follow you around the house from room to room. His first day with us he did have some accidents I believe just due to being overwhelmed in a new environment but the rest of the weekend he appeared to be house trained as we had no accidents the rest of the time with us. Of course any adopter should be understanding it may take time for him to get used to a new routine. While I was out of the house he free roamed and he was perfectly respectful, not destructive, no issues at all. He took his seizure meds like a champ folded up in a piece of cheese as well. He loved his cheese tax. No seizures noted."
