He is on the smaller side which makes him ideal for apartment or house living. Atlas is a wonderful, loving dog that needs to be in a home without any other pets. He is not good with cats. He is a great companion, happy to sleep at your feet while you're working, happy to let you sleep in, if he gets to sleep in his bed on the floor next to you. He's been through a month of formal in-person training and is REALLY smart, he picks up commands almost immediately. He is beautiful to look at while he is running through his routines, you will be a proud parent! Great with kids, amazing hiking partner, loves to hug and cuddle, very loving.

**Rehoming!** Chantilly, VA Hey everyone! We are looking to rehome Luna, a 7 year old 35 lbs mixed-breed dog who spent years alone in a detached garage before we rescued. Since joining our family, Luna has received all her vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm, got microchipped, and is up-to-date on deworming. Although Luna is a sweetheart, she struggles with anxiety and dislikes crates. Therefore, we're searching for a new home where someone works from home to spoil her and give her the attention she craves. She's a quick learner, knows commands, and is fully potty trained. Luna loves children and would thrive in a home as the only pet or in a household with pets of similar laid back temperament. I am not sure how she will react with cats. A fenced yard is a must for her outdoor adventures lol. She loves sunbathing. We are unable to keep her due to our Mastiff's temperament. We don't want Luna to get hurt.

Libby was turned into the city shelter as a stray and was very thin and frail. She was bewildered in the shelter and needed to be in a home ASAP. FLFO stepped n and brought her here where she is thriving. She's gained weight and is very happy. But sadly, her initial exam with our veterinarian and bloodwork showed high liver values. Our vet did an ultrasound to find out what was happening and much to her and our astonishment, Libby has a 10cm tumor on her heart. She is not showing any symptoms of being sick but we know that her time is limited. She could live for one more day or one more year! We are currently looking for someone to foster Libby. FLFO offers a fospice program for which we now have a grant to cover her expenses. FLFO pays for all veterinary care and heartworm preventative. Libby is fully crate trained, sleeps through the night, and is very sweet. She walks well on a leash and loves to explore the yard. She is a little sight and hearing impaired but that does not stop her from getting around. Libby takes quite a while to adjust to new surroundings, pacing around and being generally unsettled. But once she's comfortable, she will sleep for several hours. Can you open your heart and home to a loving, deserving girl? We require a home visit so foster homes must be within 40 miles of Baldwin, MD
