Story
When Irish eyes are smiling, does that mean they are happy? Or maybe they had too many pints at the pub? My eyes are smiling, and I am a non drinker, just want to have full disclosure here! Even though my eyes were smiling in these pictures. I was desperate for help for my little one, Lewis. You see, he was dying...full of internal and external parasites he really had no fight left in him and I knew it as his mother... so I used my Irish eyes to get us saved. AND IT WORKED!! Our lives are do amazing now, Lewis is alive and well after some very intense care, and ADOPTED INTO AN AMAZING HOME!!! I am not ever producing more babies, so it is all good! Now I get my turn for love, comfort and safety and a FOREVER HOME!! I am an adorable girl, about 50# of low-rider basset/heeler-ness. I am great with other dogs and like to play keep away! I am ready when you are, do your stuff so we can ride off into the sunset, in air conditioning, of course! Adoption application: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/GDR/Dog Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $400 (includes transport to your area)

Story
When you meet Jammin’ Max what first strikes you is his beautiful caramel colored coat of fur and his soft and warmly smiling face.  This dog is incredible as a friendly and happy boy that could be a dog you take anywhere in the world and with any type of experience to encounter together. We think this boy is one of those wonderfully designed Heinz 57 dogs that embodies the breeds of Beagle/Shepherd/Lab…. all a guess but we feel pretty certain on the Beagle/Hound dominance. Jammin’ Max is about 45 pounds and 2-3 years old.  He is fully vetted and neutered.  He is crate trained and housebroken, using a doggie door very well.   Where he is now, they let him sleep on the bed overnight and he does great!  At 6AM he is ready to go outside after a good 7 hours of sleep.  One thing we know for sure:  This dog is all about loving you and “licking” you.  He is amazing as a farm dog that does not bother any of the creatures who live there harmoniously. This boy is pretty perfect and ready to find his final and forever home.   Is that you!?   Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com if you can give Jammin’ Max a home!!!   PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.February 23, 2024, 4:02 pm

Story
Please contact Vivienne (viviennejames@comcast.net) for more information about this pet.Hi my name is Maverick.  I am a Beagle Tree Walker Coonhound mix who weighs about 50 lbs.  I am a little over a year old.  I am a super sweet and very loving boy.  I love people and am great with other dogs.  I had a little bump in the road when I lived in the country as I do not like chickens.  What else would you expect a hound do do.  I am now in a wonderful foster home in the suburbs.  I was actually glad to get out of the country and into a home where I am loved and taken good care of.  I have learned to walk well on a leash and am totally housebroken.  You can leave me loose in the house and I do not bother anything.  I am looking for an active home with another big young dog so that I have someone to play with.  I have the best time playing with my foster brother.  We don't have a fenced in yard so that is not a must but it would be nice though to have room to run and play.   I have lived with a toddler so you don't have to worry about me around small children.  I am also a boy that can go to the dog park or to doggie day care.  I am great at both places as I do not meet a stranger whether you have 2 or 4 legs.  If you are looking for a big, goofy boy who will love you to pieces and give you plenty of kisses, then you have found him.  I would love you to talk to my foster mom.  She will cannot say enough good things about me and will definitely sing my praises.  I am current on all my shots, neutered and microchipped.  I am ready to travel to my forever home.  To be considered for Maverick's forever family and to request an application please contact Vivienne directly at viviennejames@comcast.net.  APPROVED APPLICATION AND ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.  February 23, 2024, 4:02 pm
