Story
Meet Shautae!  This shortstack of sweetness wants your help finding a forever family. Shautae, we we affectionately call Taetae and Shorty, is an absolutely adorable mixed breed with an estimated birthday of 09/01/2020. There has been some debate amoung our staff about what breed she is, but we have settled on a Pointer-Basset hound mix, weighing in aroudn 45lbs. What Shorty lack in height, she more than makes up for in her loving personality. Shorty makes friends as easy as pie, and you'd be hard pressed to find someone who wasn't charmed by her tiny little legs. If you were to ask our staff about some of Taetae's favorite things, they would probably tell you how much she loves to lounge in the sun! This beautiful girl will take every chance she can get to lay out on one of her beds in the sunshine and catch some rays. Shautae also loves the company of other dogs, but as always we require a meet and greet if you already have any at home. She is suited to a home without cats. Shautae does great with kids around 10yr and up, but younger kids tend to stress her out, so a home without little ones is best.    Interested? Call us at 615-446-7387 ##2172428##

Story
Meet Lil Manny – Your Personal Comedian in a Puppy Suit!  Looking for a pup who will keep you laughing, on your toes, and smitten from day one? Say hello to Lil Manny, a lovable, freckle-faced Beagle mix with white sock feet and a whole lot of charm packed into one tiny body. Born around April 20th, Lil Manny may still be a baby, but his personality is already larger than life. This little bundle of energy is equal parts mischief and love. Always ready for an adventure—or to chase his tail for absolutely no reason—Manny is a curious, playful pup who keeps everyone on their toes. He’s partially puppy pad trained (hey, he’s trying!), but like most young pups, he still has a few accidents here and there. With patience and consistency, this smart little guy will continue learning and thriving. Estimated to be about 20 pounds as an adult, Lil Manny will be the perfect compact companion for any home! And while he may be the biggest pup of his litter, he’s also adorably clumsy—often stumbling over his own feet during his epic zoomie sessions. Lil Manny is what we lovingly call “a little pistol.” He’s full of bounce, sass, and playful mischief. He LOVES his toy basket—dragging every single toy into the room like he’s throwing his own puppy party. His favorite activities include acting like a world-class sprinter, chewing on his favorite toy, giving endless kisses, and making his foster family giggle with his goofy whining antics and happy-go-lucky nature. This boy is pure sunshine with floppy ears. He’s looking for a family who will embrace his spunky energy, teach him the ropes, and—most importantly—love him forever.  Now is the perfect time to make Lil Manny part of your story—and secure a front-row seat to years of laughter, love, and unforgettable puppy shenanigans. Currently in Tennessee, Lil Manny is available for transport to the Northeast and stops along the way.  Contact Critter Cavalry Rescue to learn more: ccrtennessee@gmail.com     ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED. Story
Nash is one of those perfect family size pups that will fit in perfectly for any family with an active lifestyle, maybe a few young children that love to run and play and then snuggle while watching some special TV programs.  He was born around October 1st and he and his 3 siblings came to Critter Cavalry Rescue from a not so good environment and outdoor pen that was too small.  His personality is one of curiosity and excitement to learn new things and play with new people.   He is loving being inside a great foster home where he can sit on the sofa, play in a specious backyard with two fun girls over 10 years of age and then hang out with the older Beagle girls that belong to the foster family.  These puppies are always smiling and just happy to be getting the love and care that Critter Cavalry Rescue fosters promise to give. He is 25 pounds at 6 months and he is learning about potty training and crate training and how to be a little puppy gentleman while being part of the inside family activities.  He is not a runner but a fenced yard could be so safe and beneficial.  He needs training on the leash and could be so much fun to take on family hikes, or personal walks for the enjoyment of exercise and the ritual of exploring the great outdoors.  A fun event that showed just how adaptable Nash can be was when he attended a YMCA Puppy Yoga class and what fun it was.  He wandered amongst the Yoga participants saying hello and then discovering himself in the floor to ceiling mirrors that were all over the room.  He was fascinated with seeing himself. These were the most people he had been around in his life at one time!  He passed with flying colors and loved every minute as the hour came to a close and it was time to go home. He and his siblings did so well and they were so cute!!!  Sweet Nash has dreams in life and they are simple.  All he wants is to love his own people and to be loved in return.  A lifetime of promises await this little guy who will one day be a 35 pound adult that will be a treasure in your diary of the life and love of a dog.  Please contact Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com and let us know where you live:  city and state.  We are in Tennessee and adopt locally and also transport to the Northeastern corridor of states and meet the adopting families.  ADOPTION FEE REQUIRED.
