Story
This sweet girl is the perfect mix of playful and cuddly! She loves going for walks, playing outside, and would absolutely thrive with another playful dog in the home. She gets along wonderfully with the larger dogs in her foster home and has a perfect medium energy level — happy to join you for adventures, then curl up beside you on the couch or in bed for snuggles. She is crate trained, nearly fully potty trained, and sleeps through the night like a champ. She’s still learning that the world isn’t so scary, so she can be vocal or unsure around strangers and other animals on walks, but she continues to improve with socialization.  She’s incredibly loving with her foster family and kids in the home, did great at the vet, and is quickly showing everyone what an amazing companion she’ll be! Story
Zeus is a beagle Shitzu mix, I got him when he was 5 months old in October of 2012. I can’t take care of him anymore because I had to move to a 3rd floor apartment and his hips can’t handle it anymore and he doesn’t like getting picked up. He pulls on his leash, he guards his food and he begs for anything you have , he’s a good boy and a full time partner, if you want a dog that has a few years left in him. He’ll give you love and stay by your side till the end of his days

Story
Dale was rescued as a puppy from TARAA and they (unfortunately) are at capacity right now. My ex and I got him together and when we split, Dale went with him. My ex then decided that he could not care for him any longer and dumped him in my backyard. I am unable to have a dog at my rental and am looking for a forever home for Dale. He has been around my young daughter since we got him in September 2023. He will be three years old in July. He would do best in a home that has a yard or is in a quieter neighborhood.

Story
Jack was adopted by my husband's sister. She passed away in March, so we took Jack in. We have a dog of our own which Jack gets along with great, but he does not like our cat. My husband passed away last month, and I cannot care for three animals. With my reduced income I cannot give Jack the care he needs. He is on a prescription called Apoquel and my vet will not renew it without an appointment and exam. Because Jack is behind on his shots, I can't afford the 400.00+ for the exam & then the cost of the Apoquel. Jack is an extremely sweet dog and needs someone who can love him and care for him. He does not get along well with cats, but is great with other dogs and children. Jack loves to run and roll in the grass. The humane society is taking at least 6 months for an appointment for surrender. It is not fair for Jack to have to wait that long & then go thru the trauma of being back in the shelter. Help me find him a good home. If calling, please leave a message- I will call back.
