Boo. 7 year old neutered male. Mix breed of beagle and Australian Shepard. Approx 45 lbs. He has had 1 owner (myself) but unfortunately I no longer have adequate means to care for him. He is a good boy, very smart. He can sit, lay, stay, jump, spin, speak, and come. He does pull on the leash while walking but not terribly. He has cohabited with 1 cat his entire life and they get along well and do not fight. He has cohabited with a child since 2020 and he does okay, just gets a bit too excited. He LOVES blankets, and he will RESOURCE GUARD them. We have always been mindful of this and kept the cat/child away from his blankets in order to avoid any conflict. I can provide you with his food, bowls, leash, and all other supplies I have for him. Thank you.

Barney is a handsome little Beagle-Mix who was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. When no owner claimed him, Misty Eyes brought him to enjoy a foster home while awaiting his new forever home. He`s estimated to be 3 years old and weighs 22.2 lb. He is a very busy, active, happy boy who is very friendly and does well with the other dogs he`s met. While we don`t know his breed mix (possibly Beagle/Blue Tick), he definitely has the typical hunting dog bay sound. Barney will be a wonderful addition to the right family. Chewy is a 4 year old who has lived through far more than any dog should. His life prior to Sketchy Mutts was very sad, and he is just learning to trust humans and enjoy the comforts of his new foster home. Despite his rough past, Chewy is a sweetheart. He loves to play and snuggle, and seems so eager to please. He does occasionally get vocal and growly when being asked to do something he doesn’t want to do (like go in his crate 🙄🙄) but with a little patience, Chewy will do just about anything for you. He is currently in a foster home with a male dog and a cat, both of whom he's doing quite well with. He is still a bit unsure of the cat, and gets short, supervised visits, but he seems interested more than anything. Chewy deserves the very best, and we're here to help him find it.
