Story
Taylor is an amazing boy! He was recently returned to us having been adopted out over 5 years ago, his beloved human passed away and his primary caregiver could no longer care for him and his medical needs. Tay is on medication for siezures and arthritis (he has been on a weight loss journey since returning back to us and has lost 10lbs so far!) Tay is currently in a foster home to help get his siezures under control- he has had multiple seizures back in our care and started taking medication for them a few years ago- he has them when he gets too excited and typically they are very brief we are working on finding Tay the perfect dose of medication to help control them even further. Aside from that - he is the the perfect example of the best boy ever. He is potty trained, gets along well with all animals and humans and just wants to be close to where the action is! He loves car rides and singing the songs of his beagle people!(his beagle howl is reallly good ) If interested in our sweet Tay please fill out an application to make sure you are a good fit for his lifestyle and we'd love to set up a meeting with his foster family and you! Taylor's adoption fee is sponsored, which means with an approved application there are no costs for his adoption. A loving family who adopted a sponsored dog from us wanted to sponsor another dog to pay it forward.  ##1175956##

Bandit is a beagle mix and he has a lot of beagle traits. He loves to play, he loves to be with humans, he loves to explore and he is very vocal. He will do well with an active family who can get him out for walks or playtime in the yard to get his energy out. He just loves loves people and is sooo happy when it's his turn for snuggles and playtime with the volunteers. Rudy is approximately 9 years old, and was adopted from Michiana Humane Society in 2018. She grew up with another dog and 3 kids. She has spent the last 2 years with cats. She is extremely docile with adults and LOVES affection. She has recently shown food aggression around the kids and has attacked the cats 2 times in the last 2 weeks. She would thrive in an adult only home, with humans who stay home often or are able to take her on adventures with them. She loves belly rubs and long walks. She has never bitten a human but has bitten the cats. She will growl if anyone nears her food. This is extremely devastating for our family, but I can’t risk her aggression generalizing to the kids, as it’s posing a safety risk to my family. She is very loyal to the person she bonds to, and I’ve never met a person who didn’t fall in love with her. I want her to find a safe, loving family that can give her the time and attention she deserves as she continues aging, to help with her anxiety 🩷

Exercise partner? Walking around the block? Diet? Evie Grace can join you! She should lose about 20 pounds 🫣. Yes, I know that is a lot but she can do it! She had bloodwork done and it was good. Yay! She is currently still living with her owner but they only have until September 1st to find her a home. She is a SUPER friendly girl and is good with dogs, cats and kids. And don't let her weight fool you. She will take you for a walk if you let her. She could use some training on walking some. The family admits to over feeding her so it will be important her next family is able to follow a diet for her. She did great at the vet and is spayed, heartworm negative and on prevention, microchipped and had first set of vaccines. She really is a great girl and loves attention. Reach out today about her!
