Story
She's about 2.5 years old, playful, but loves to cuddle and get pets. She gets along well with other dogs. Will bark and be hesitant about new people, but gets over it VERY quickly. Snowball is a very good girl. Not only house trained but can free roam outside a kennel and be trusted. This petite, 35 lb gal is the perfect addition to a family All our dogs/cats are vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm tested, on preventions, and spayed/neutered if old enough. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.DOB: 9/28/22 Hi my name is John Daly, more affectionally known as Moose and I am a goofy and fun young man that is looking for a forever home with my own family to love. In my foster home I have an older fur sister that I LOVE to play with and chase around the yard. My foster family also has grandchildren that visit often and I adore playing with them as well, but would do best in a home with children over the age of 8 because I still get excited when I meet someone and could accidentally knock a small child over. I am working on my manners and house training, and I already know how to sit for treats :). My foster Mom says my big soft ears make me extra cute and even easier to fall in love with.  I have been such a good and patient boy and I really just want a best human friend and forever family to call my own. Come out to our next adoption event to meet me if you are looking to add a sweet and fun pup to your home!  (JJ/EC*) Up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and micro-chipped.   Adoption Fee:  $250.00    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 29, 2023, 9:40 am

Story
Bella was looking for a home when she was tricked into making a mistake! Then she was marked for death by the shelter and here she is waiting on her home! She is spayed, dog friendly, people friendly, house trained. She is 4 years old and could be a shepherd/beagle/terrier mix. I weigh 38lbs. I love to cuddle and enjoy lots of attention. I am not high energy and like to play but would rather spend time with my people. I am definitely housebroken and love taking long naps after sniffing around the yard. I am heartworm positive but will be done with my medicine in 2 months! I need a home with a new best furever friend.  Location: Zebulon, NC ##1661764##

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please be sure to read Mae's bio before applying for her.Mae's life began in an unsupportive and neglectful home.  She was confiscated from her original home and brought into a county shelter.  One animal on the property had been tethered and found starved to death, and Mae was one of several other dogs that were impounded.  She was so emaciated that she wasn't far from death herself.  Mae has learned many new things in a loving and supportive foster home, and her foster family has learned a lot about her- and where she would be most comfortable.    Mae would do best in a home with another dog, she loves to wrestle and play.  Another dog her size or larger would do best, since she can be an exuberant play companion.  She completely ignores cats, so having kitties in the home would be ok too.  She definitely requires a secured fenced in yard (no underground fences please) and a home that has the capability to utilize gates to keep her safe until she has had the chance to become acclimated to her new environment.  She can be a bit nervous with new people, but she warms up fast.  She would do best in a home where all children are 12 and over, since she has had limited exposure to children.  Mae still carries memories of her past, and the one detail she is sure of is that her previous tormentor was a bald man- she is terrified of bald men,  men with hair do not seem to be an issue.  She requires an experienced family that will give her the time she needs to get comfortable and blossom into an excellent companion.    Mae is leash trained, house trained (though rainy days can be challenging), crate trained, and she rides well in a car.  She has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccines.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 28, 2023, 9:15 am
