Story
Cooper is about 6 years old. I got him from the animal shelter about a year and a half ago. He loves attention and enjoys being around people. He is well mannered, can be very playful at times, and loves the outdoors, especially exploring a fenced yard on his own. He enjoys being around other dogs, running around, riding in a car and being including in family activities. He does well with children. He would do well with a loving family who can give him lots of attention, and a yard to run around in. He does have some separation anxiety, so he needs to be crated when he’s left unattended.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Online Adoption Application › Moo, short for Moana, is a sweet, 5 month old, little girl full of love and life. She had a rough start, with parvo, but is all better now and looking for her forever home.  She loves dogs and people, especially kids! She is not loud like you would expect a hound to be. When Moo is not playing with her friends, she loves to chew on her toys. Moo has recently been around a hen house. She was inquisitive but did not try  to get in. She has also sniffed a bunny and was very gentle. Moo is crate trained and 90% housetrained.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.September 12, 2024, 6:29 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.MEET RANDY! Randy is an 8 year old,  21 lb. beagle mix dog.  Randy is a loving and affectionate dog that will make a very loyal companion.   Randy is very friendly with everyone he meets.  He is a very relaxed guy who loves other dogs too.  He is currently living with cats and does fine. Randy is very chill but does like to play with other dogs occasionally.  He needs a buddy and won't do well as an only dog.  He would do great with a family that leaves the house to work or with a family that works from home.  His energy level is low.  He will occasionally play and do zoomies but mostly hangs out and sleeps.  Randy does not require a fenced yard.  Potty breaks on a leash and a nice walk everyday would suffice for his exercise.   He needs to be taken outside on a regular basis for his potty breaks.   Randy is crate trained but he does have some crate anxiety.  An airplane style crate is better than a wire crate for him.  At night he sleeps in his crate with no problem.  Randy is a sweet happy boy who loves to cuddle and hang out.  He loves to eat and loves to go out for a walk.  He is looking for a forever home where he can love his humans and in return be part of a loving home. Randy has a heart murmur which is being treated with a common doggie  prescription.  His foster Mom can explain more about this with any approved applicant.  Some of the information contained in this biography includes approximations based on our expertise and is not guaranteed.  We prefer that applicants live no further than one hour from Cary NC as our dogs must be seen by a BFPA veterinarian for all medical care prior to adoptions being finalized.  Our foster guardians deliver dogs to their new homes for adoption trials and we do home visits to finalize all adoptions.  We will consider applicants who live a bit further if they are a great fit for this sweet guy.    INTERESTED IN ADOPTING  RANDY? Story
Hi! My name is Phoenix. Foster mom named me this after the legend of the Phoenix bird. That legend is a story of remarkable transformation. When I came to the shelter I was very scared and shy. I knew nothing of a kind touch or how to walk on a leash. I have come so far. Now I love everyone I meet. I walk nicely on a leash. I love to be petted and have my belly rubbed. I love my foster kitty brother and my foster dog sister along the the humans. My house training and crate training are a work in progress but I am learning. I will need frequent potty breaks to master them. My temperament is excellent! Foster mom says I am a low-medium energy puppy. I am playful and love to chew my Nylabones. Please email my foster parents at surffishinggirl@aol.com for more info or to meet me. Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Weight: 22 Age: 0yrs 10mths 3wks
