Story
Hi, I'm Roger! People ask me all the time, 'Roger, how did you become so handsome?' and 'Roger, how come you're so friendly?' and my only answer to them is that I was born like this. Don't worry though, I'm also smart enough to let you know if anyone's visiting! I love new people and I love to cuddle. Long story short, I'm what people call a 'good boy'. We could be best friends so come and meet me!

Story
Foster Location: New Jersey Thunder was found as a stray during a thunderstorm (hence the name) and got a second chance when he was adopted from a local shelter. Unfortunately, his nose- and instincts- have gotten him into trouble. Thunder discovered that chickens are delicious and very exciting to chase, and his current home couldn't keep him because of it. He's friendly with people, does well with other dogs, and has been around kids from toddler age up through pre-teen. Cats, birds and poultry are an absolute no unless it's for lunch. Thunder is smart, playful, and loves a ball and chew toys. He’s been primarily an outdoor dog, so he may need some guidance with house manners- but at just a year old, he's very capable of being a very good boy- he just needs consistency and patience.

Story
Hi, I’m Alex! I am a gentle, sweet, and loving beagle girl who is SO ready to find her furever home. I can be a little shy at first, because I was rescued from the most heartbreaking case of abuse... I spent thirteen months living inside in a small, wooden rabbit hutch, with no humans around to give me any attention or affection. But, not that I'm safe, I'm learning every day what it means to trust humans and feel confident. I have so much love in my heart and am eager to be the most loyal and darling companion ever, and I really need a special and patient adopter who will help me keep coming out of my shell. I love treats, other dogs, playing outside, and taking cozy naps! Everyone says that they think I'll be a total cuddlebug once I've let my guard down. Every day, I realize more and more that the world is a beautiful place-- and that I belong here, and that there is someone out there who will love me more than anything! Could you be the person to give me the home I've always dreamed of? MY IDEAL HOME HAS: Another friendly pup! I love other dogs and they help me feel more confident! 📍 My Location: NOWATA, OK Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Hi, I’m Gabriel! I’m a sweet senior boy with a gentle heart. I spent much of my life living outside in a kennel, so I’m still getting used to my new life! I’m calm, easygoing, and happiest when I’m near my people. I tend to prefer the company of female dogs and would do best with a gentle match and slow introductions. I’m looking for a forever home where I can feel safe and loved for the rest of my days! 📍 My Location: NOWATA, OK Please note: Third-party sites like PetFinder or Adopt-a-Pet may sometimes list multiple locations for the same animal. Story
Coney is a VERY funny puppy from our hot dog litter! This little guy was found abandoned in a playpen outside and was nervous around people at first- but NOT ANYMORE!! This guy is still all about attention- still loves belly rubs, still has the absolute cutest habit of smacking things (or nothing) with his front paws. What we've learned since having him in foster is that he has one of the biggest personalities of any puppy ever to live. He's very silly, playful, and vocal while still being eager to learn and genuinely wanting to please. Not only is he very snuggly, but he knows how to make his own fun- even when there's not much going on. Coney is an absolute joy to be around. He has a great sense of humor and impeccable comedic timing. He would benefit from a family who loves a dog who has lots to say and will allow him to shine without dimming his light (but maybe also help him learn when it's appropriate to shine). This little guy is the kind of dog who stands out despite being in a group of siblings who look pretty similar to him. He has officially stolen the heart of everyone he's met, learned that people are pretty great, discovered how fun being loved can be, and he's looking forward to a future full of so many good things he forgets that he ever had it any other way ❤️ P. S. We did a DNA test on Coney's litter! He's 55% Basset, and the rest is a mix of German Shepherd, Boxer, and Husky!

Story
Lilly is a 13 year old Basset Hound mix who has spent her entire life in one home and now needs somewhere to go. She’s everything people say they want- calm, gentle, housebroken, well-mannered, and good with kids, dogs, cats, and strangers. She enjoys naps, short walks, and just being near her person. At this stage in her life, she’s not asking for much- just a quiet home and someone to love her. She does have some manageable senior needs, including chronic ear issues, allergies, and a thyroid condition that requires daily medication. She’s stable, vetted, and heartworm negative, but she will need consistency and care. Lilly isn’t a low-maintenance dog, but she’s the kind of dog who needs someone special after losing the only home she’s ever known at 13. Any senior dog lovers out there please apply!
