Story

This is my sweet girl Nala. She is a 8.5 year old beagle. Nala has been part of our family since she was a pup. It breaks my heart to surrender her, but due to a change in behavior and having little kids in the house, I can no longer keep her. She has occasional accidents inside and needs access to a fenced in yard or a family who will take her on long walks. We have a dog max that he gets along with, I’m not sure how she will respond to a different dog. She will take food anytime the opportunity presents itself, including out of little hands which is causing an issue in our home having babies. I want the best owner for her, preferably someone who can let her run outside.

Yuri is a special little Beagle mix with a heart as big as his personality. He didn’t come to us because he wasn’t loved - quite the opposite. Yuri was deeply cherished by his family, but when work schedules became longer and family responsibilities pulled them in all directions, they were faced with an impossible decision. Saying goodbye to Yuri was heartbreaking, and they entrusted us to help him find the forever home he truly deserves.Yuri is about 2–3 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, heartworm negative, and already started on heartworm and flea/tick prevention. He’s a fun-loving, playful boy who enjoys life to the fullest. Tennis balls, stuffies, and playtime are some of his favorite things, and his happy energy is contagious.He has lived successfully with children and is affectionate and gentle with them. While he hasn’t lived with other dogs or cats, he’s been playful with dogs he’s met and would happily do a dog interaction. Yuri could use a bit of leash training (he’s enthusiastic about walks!) and may have an occasional accident as he settles in, but he’s well worth the effort.Yuri would thrive with an active family who will love him forever, because this sweet boy deserves nothing less than a home where he never has to say goodbye again.
