Hi, I'm Lee! I'm a super friendly and loving boy that adores people so much it makes me get the zoomies!!! Even though I'm a happy boy now, I haven't always been this way... Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I am loving my new life! Despite everything that I've been through, I am such a joyous dog now. I do well with other friendly dogs, too! I am active and playful and my ideal forever home will be one with lots of fun adventures and play opportunities! I promise to be the most loyal and loving companion ever for my adopter. Hi there, I'm Ozzie, a sweet and playful beagle boy! I am so excited to be your new best friend. I grew up in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments... did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I love to spend my days adventuring and exploring. Despite my age, I have the energy of a little puppy! I adore playing with toys, my humans, and going on new adventures! Wherever friendly people are at, that's where I want to be! I do well with other friendly dogs when we're given a proper introduction and I love cats. I'm such a special boy who's deserving of the most amazing forever home, especially as I've had to overcome so much... could you be my adopter? Story
Hi all, I'm Portia, a super sweet beagle girl. You wouldn't guess it based on my gentle personality, but I actually spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where i was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs and cats, too? Now that I've been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, I'm learning what it means to be loved and cared for! I am slowly blossoming into the most darling girl. I can be shy at first because of my past but, once I trust you, I want nothing more than your affection and love. I'll do best in a home that has another confident and friendly dog to encourage me and make me feel safe. I hope that an adopter notices me soon-- I am so deserving of a loving, forever home, especially after overcoming so much. Could you be my forever family? Story
Hi there! My name is Doug, I'm the sweetest and most gentle beagle boy. I spent the majority of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs like me? Now that I've been rescued by beagle Freedom Project, I'm loving my new life and gaining confidence every day. Despite my rough beginning, I am a gentle and sweet soul. I love exploring, whether it's going for a long walk in the park or just sniffing about in a yard. While I get along well with other dogs and would LOVE a home with a friendly pup friend, I haven't had much exposure to children or cats yet. I would absolutely thrive in a patient home with those excited to have a furry family member! I hope someone notices me soon... could you be my adopter? I'm so thankful to have been rescued by Beagle Freedom Project, because now I'm starting to thrive! Story
Hi there, I'm Ace, an adorable and sweet senior beagle boy! I love people, other dogs, and cats! I spent nearly all of my life in an animal testing laboratory where I was subjected to painful experiments. Did you know that animal testing involves experimentation on dogs like me? It's hard for most people to imagine that dogs and cats are used in cruel laboratory experiments every day, but it's the sad truth. Luckily, Beagle Freedom Project rescued me and is fighting to save other animals in laboratories, too! Since I've been rescued, my friendly personality has blossomed. I'm loving and silly! Have you ever seen a dog sit in a chair like a human? Well, that's my favorite spot! I love lounging in the sunshine outdoors or curling up next to my people to cuddle on the couch. I also loves romping and playing; but I still have a puppy-like flair, despite my age, and can sometimes mistake TV remotes for toys! But hey, nobody's perfect! I'm so hopeful that an adopter will notice me soon. It's common for older dogs to be overlooked, but I promise to be the life of the party in my forever home. Could you be my forever family?
