Rosco is a 1–2 year old cuddle enthusiast with a playful side and a soft heart. He was adopted from us in early 2026, but recently returned because he struggles with anxiety when left alone. Despite that, Rosco is a loving, affectionate boy who absolutely adores being petted and getting belly rubs. Rosco is a high-energy guy who loves to play and can be enthusiastic when meeting people, including jumping up for attention. He knows “sit,” enjoys car rides, and is potty trained and crate trained. Because of his anxiety when left alone, Rosco will need to be crated whenever he is home without his people to help keep him safe and comfortable. He has done well with other dogs and has been good with children. His behavior with cats is currently unknown. Rosco would do best with an active family who can give him plenty of exercise, attention, companionship, and structure. A secure yard where he can burn off some of his energy would be a great bonus! Neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, heartworm negative, and on prevention, Rosco is ready for his second chance at a forever home—one where he can feel safe, loved, and surrounded by people who understand his need for companionship.
