Story
Little Miss Coco Janelle is a sweet, very shy lady. She is low energy and just wants loves and cuddles. She was a “failed” hunter and was taken in by my family. My daughter has some serious health issues and I work 12 hour shifts. I am not able to attend to her needs as she deserves. She is great with the kids, not aggressive AT ALL! She hardly even barks. She is literally the sweetest girl and needs the right family. She likes to roam and is very loyal. She likes long walks and bed time stories too. I am unable to take her to trips to the children’s hospital because she is not a service worker dog and of course I can’t take her to work with me, so unfortunately she is spending more time at home alone and I hate that. She has never been bad at the house. She does not stay in a cage. She is house trained with pads but really deserves attention. I have her shot records and treatment records. She eats mostly table food, unfortunately, but will eat dog food if she has to. Truly the best!

Story
**Meet Phoenix! ❤️**Phoenix is a sweet, loving, energetic young dog looking for a home where he can truly thrive. He's affectionate, loves being with his people, and has so much potential.Making the decision to rehome him has been incredibly difficult. It's not because he isn't a wonderful dog—it's because he deserves more time and consistency than I can realistically provide.I work as an EMT, and my schedule often means long, unpredictable shifts away from home. Phoenix is still young, has a tiny bladder, and needs frequent potty breaks, exercise, mental stimulation, and more time with his person than I'm able to give. Despite doing everything I can, I've realized my schedule simply isn't fair to him.I'm looking for someone with the time, space, and energy to help him succeed. This decision comes entirely from love, and my goal is to find Phoenix the right home where he can truly thrive. Please help us my poor baby can spend 15 hours in his kennel due to work. 🥺

Story
Jasper is a sweet, 5‑year‑old mixed breed (Beagle × Black Lab) weighing about 45 lbs. He’s fully house‑trained and even rings a bell to let you know when he needs to go outside. He knows basic commands like sit, lay down, and easy. His recall isn’t perfect, so he does best in safe, fenced areas or with someone comfortable continuing training. Jasper is a high‑energy, fun, outdoorsy dog. He would thrive with an adopter who has land, enjoys hiking, or leads an active lifestyle. He’s affectionate and loyal, and he’s had some separation anxiety since puppyhood, so he’ll do best with someone who can give him companionship, structure, and patience. Jasper does wonderfully with dogs, cats, and kids. He’s gentle, social, and loves being part of a family.

💋🐾 COCO CHANEL HAS ENTERED THE CHAT. 🐾💋Meet Coco Chanel, a 5-year-old Beagle who knows exactly what she wants and, naturally, has no problem letting you know when she doesn't want it. She's got the sass, the confidence, and the independent spirit to match her fabulous name. 💅Coco would prefer to be your one and only pet and needs a home with kids 10+. She's not your typical velcro cuddlebug. Coco is quiet, independent, and perfectly content doing her own thing while keeping you close enough to supervise. 😉If you're looking for a dog who doesn't need constant attention and has plenty of personality packed into one adorable Beagle, Coco Chanel may be your girl. 🖤🐾 Primary Color: Tri Color Weight: 31.5 Age: 5yrs 1mths 2wks

Story
Meet Chance Some dogs are given a name that fits them perfectly, and Chance is one of them. This sweet 5-year-old Beagle mix received his name because he was given a second chance at life—and he has embraced it with his whole heart. Chance came from a hoarding/ animal abuse case where his owners were consequently arrest, arrested.  Despite everything he's been through, Chance has never lost his love for people. His tail still wags, his eyes still light up when he sees you, and he still believes that his forever family is out there waiting for him. Chance is one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet. He loves attention, enjoys spending time with his people, and has a gentle, loving personality that makes it impossible not to fall in love with him. He is a little on the chubby side at 56lbs and loves to be a couch potato, though we have put him on an exercise regimen and a diet.  Chance is currently heartworm positive, but that doesn't define who he is. He is receiving treatment and deserves the comfort of a loving home while he completes his journey to recovery. His future is bright, and all he needs now is someone willing to give him the love and security he has always deserved.Chance was given a second chance at life. Could you be the one to give him his second chance at a forever home?  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com  September 17, 2026, 12:09 pm

Story
Everyone loves a Beagle and Dean is no exception to being a Beagle that especially needs love and some much needed personal guidance.  This 3 year old Beagle boy is 31 pounds and pretty much ALL Beagle.  But he needs someone to color inside the lines and shape him into an exceptional fellow that we know he is capable of being.  He was found as a stray with his brother and at this stage of life he is a blank canvas that needs polishing and molding.  Dean is healthy and thankfully heartworm negative.  True to form this boy is full of energy and lots of hunting instincts that cannot be denied.  His mind and body and tail are always busy wagging and exploring his outdoor environment.  Fortunately despite being abandoned and found as a stray, this boy is friendly with humans, kids and other dogs are welcome new friends to discover for him.  This  boy Dean can accept AND give love generously and without hesitation.  And he needs a fenced yard that he cannot escape.  He will test you at first on that fencing thing but you as the human are smarter than him.  Secure the yard well and then no problem.  He is good on a leash and knows the sit commands only. You can continue and teach him more, which we know he will learn quickl  Beagles are a man's best friend in life.  Dean has the potential to be the truest friend you might ever have in life.  Please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrtennessee@gmail.com   Let us know where you live so that we know if you are in Tennessee where he is fostered or if we must transport him to the northeastern corridor of state on our transport van.         PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comSeptember 17, 2026, 12:09 pm
