Morgan came to us quite thin, he has gained some much needed weight and looks and feels better. Morgan is a young adult and 45 lbs. He guards his food which may or may not change with time and/or training. (each dog is different) Because he does guard his food he would not be available to anyone with a small child. Visit Morgan at the Rockbridge Spca or email manager@rockbridgespca.net heartworm tested: Negative visit our fb page: dogs of rockbridge and rockbridge spca. NOTE: all animals adopted are taken straight to a local veterinarian for spay/neuter. We do adopt out of area providing adopter is will to make more than one trip. There are NO exceptions, and we do not hold animals. All Kittens and puppies must weigh 2 lbs. for surgery and there are a limited number of veterinarians in our area that will do a pediatric spay/neuter. please note the Rockbridge Spca does not have emotional support animals or service animals. we do not adopt to college students, however, they are welcome to volunteer. a home visit may be required

Hi, my name is Daisy, and I am looking for my forever home! My previous owners said that I am housetrained and pee pad trained and well behaved at home, and that I do well on a leash and in the car. I am a bit of a nervous lady, so I would prefer a quiet home to spend my golden years. I am good with other dogs as long as they are calm and leave me alone (no rambunctious puppies, please).
