Story
Ella was born 01/25/25. She’s a sweet girl, but a breed that needs exercise. Her mom is an AKC German Shepard and dad is 66% Siberian husky, 34% Alaskan malamute. Ella does well on a leash and can sit on command. She also does well in the house after a quick excitement round, but she’s fairly calm. She was not meant to be homes with me, as I have a 1 yr 4 mo old child as well as the dog I already had and my recently deceased father’s dog as well. My stepdaughter committed to taking care of her but she is here part time and has sports. It’s not possible. I do not have the time or energy to give this sweet girl the attention she deserves! I can provide more pics if needed, she’s just so quick when trying to take a photo. I do have her parent’s info on hand as well.

She’s currently on a prednisone taper and improving every day.She really likes to play! Fetch is her favorite game and she actually returns the ball back to you. She is currently living with two GSDs and matches their energy and play style. Rory is house-broken, crate trained and a velcro dog. Rory is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where she can continue her recovery while bonding with her future family. She still needs her rabies vaccine and spay, but she can start the search for her forever home now! A foster-to-adopt family would need to bring her to medical rechecks (weekly or biweekly, as needed) and later to her spay appointment when the time comes.Despite her health journey, Rory is an absolute sweetheart—a loving, loyal pup with so much potential.
