Filling out the application is not a commitment to an adoption and needs to be done prior to any further questions you might have or information you are seeking. Our Process is the following: 1. Fill out an application 2. Once the application is approved, you will be called or emailed about setting up a day and time to meet me. 3. After a "Meet and Greet" then a decision for both the rescue and you will determine if this is a good match. Story
Kaizen's birthday is December 25th and she is 2 years old. Absolutely NO AGGRESSION. Will let you or another dog take her food or bones out of her mouth. Cuddly, good quiet bed-sleeper. Very housebroken, even for longer periods, never messes in the house. Crate trained, will go in on command. Champion lineage (she’s fixed, so that doesn’t matter), but it’s a neat fact.Kaizen is very excitable around other dogs, wants to play and run and seems to lose her hearing when around other dogs (no recall, even with food). We have tried many things to manage this, but we have 3 other dogs on 3 acres and she continues to want to “follow the pack”. In the house she is sweet and loyal and follows us around. She really needs to be the only dog. Kaizen would do best with a strong adult who is loving and has owned and trained large breeds before. She does great with a routine and knows lots of tricks and is obedient when no other dogs are around.
