Although Meili may be shy initially when meeting strangers, she continues to make great progress especially when it is done calmly and slowly. This brindle beauty is eight years young and loves taking walks in quiet places without lots of activity and commotion. Although she walks well on leash, it is suggested to use a harness which gives her added security and also helps the handler with any potential pulling. Meili is not interested in playing with dogs, but does fine walking with other mellow dogs and has participated successfully in a six week agility session with other leashed dogs. She adores car rides and soft music and would make a great travel companion. She is very food motivated and has been learning the “wait” command as she anticipates that special treat. Once she trusts you, she will be a faithful companion and will enjoy being close and lying by your side. She loves to watch you with her soulful eyes and the tip of her tail moves joyously when you speak to her. She did well for the first five weeks. Clara and our other dog were pals, they played together and even shared a bed. However after a recent incident involving a toy in her kennel, she became aggressive during a guarding incident and left a scratch on our other dogs shoulder. She has since started resource guarding her toys and us. She will do best in a home where she can be the main attraction. She really would make the right person a great dog. She will also be coming with her harness, leash, toys, bed, and some food to make transition to new food easier.

Hello, Iceman is a 2 year old Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd cross. I bred him November 16th 2022, and he went to what I thought would be his forever home. Unfortunately, he was recently returned to me due to reactivity issues. He's never been in a dog fight, but he was reactive to other dogs on the street and they couldn't handle him. He has professional on and off leash training on him. He can get along with the right dogs but is a jealous boy. It takes him time to warm up to new people but if I leave the room, he's just fine with them. Big water dog and loves to swim and play water fetch. Up to date on all shots and on a monthly subscription of Bravecto. Neutered. He loves his person and is a big cuddler. Loves to follow you around and play with his toys. Will sleep all night in bed with you. Loves to go on adventures and car rides. A really good dog for an active adult household. Very soft to his handler. Rehoming due to time restraints and other pets he doesn't get along with.
