Meet Charlie! If you're looking for an adventure buddy with endless enthusiasm, Charlie is your girl! Whether it's a neighborhood walk, a trail hike, a morning run, or a day at the beach, she's always ready to go—especially if her favorite tennis ball comes along for the fun. Charlie is incredibly smart and loves learning new tricks and skills. She thrives when she's spending time with her people, exploring new places, and making new friends. She's never met a stranger and is always happy to greet people she meets along the way. This summer, Charlie has had a blast playing with her dog friends, splashing in the water at the beach, and riding in the car to discover new adventure spots. She's an excellent travel companion and is always excited to see where the next trip leads. Charlie's ideal family will enjoy an active lifestyle and include her in all of life's adventures. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners.
